GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Juvenile Justice ; Barreiro

Juvenile Justice; revises definitions; allows for shelter stay for contempt of court by children in need of services; revises provisions re case staffings & case plans; adds contracted provider of services to those who may request Juvenile Justice Dept. to file petition for child in need of services; revises circumstances under which child may be taken into custody; adds act of terrorism to list of considerations re use of detention, etc. Amends FS.
