CS/SB 1774: Communications Interception

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Smith

Communications Interception; includes wire communications within meaning of electronic communications system; authorizes interception of certain wire or electronic communications of computer trespasser; authorizes FDLE to intercept wire, oral, or electronic communications for purposes of investigating certain additional offenses concerning terrorism & attempted or threatened use of destructive device or weapon of mass destruction, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
