Public Employees/Death Benefits; provides that same education benefits extended to children of law enforcement, correctional, & correctional probation officers, firefighters, & teachers & school administrators will be extended to surviving spouse of any such person; prescribes eligibility requirements for & limits on such benefits. Amends 112.19,.191,.1915.
