GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Public Employees; repeals prohibition against state personnel rules that prohibit "bumping"; provides for layoff guidelines & procedures; provides for notice of layoffs; prescribes time within which notice of certain appeals must be filed with Public Employees Relations Commission; empowers commission to hear appeals of layoffs. Amends 110.227, 447.207.
