Nursing Homes/Staff Wages & Benefits; provides that AHCA must require that portion of nursing home facility's per diem be earmarked for increases in wages or benefits, or both, of eligible staff members; defines terms "wage pass-through" & "eligible staff"; provides exclusions; provides criteria for reimbursement; provides agency duties & responsibilities.
