Health Insurance; provides legislative intent to provide expanded access to health insurance for adults living in families whose income is at or below federal poverty level & to access federal funds for this coverage; requires AHCA to file amendments to state plan & waiver requests with U.S. Department of Health & Human Services; defines term "family", etc. Amends 409.901,.904.
