State Vehicles/Use & Cost; requires persons traveling in executive aircraft pool to pay operating costs; deletes limitations; limits certain use of state vehicles; requires reimbursement to state for certain excess miles; specifies use of receipts; requires rules; modifies requirements of state agencies to periodically review motor vehicle utilization; provides purpose of review; requires use of criteria developed by DMS, etc. Amends 287.161,.17.
