Unemployment Comp./Birth & Adoption; prohibits denial of unemployment compensation benefits for certain leaves of absence re giving birth to baby or adopting minor child; provides for reductions in amount of compensation; requires employers to post certain notices; specifies certain payments as not chargeable against employers; requires director of Agency for Workforce Innovation to report to Governor & Legislature; provides application. Creates 443.232.
