Emergency Medical Dispatch Act; provides for grants to local agencies to support emergency medical dispatch; defines terms re emergency medical dispatcher operations; creates "Emergency Medical Dispatch Act"; establishes requirements for training; requires Health Dept. to monitor compliance with training requirements; establishes requirements for certification & for emergency medical dispatch agencies, etc. Amends 401.111,.23; creates 401.434.
