HB 21: Red Light Safety Act of 2002

GENERAL BILL by Slosberg

Red Light Safety Act of 2002; creates said act; defines term "traffic infraction detector"; creates pilot project in Palm Beach & Pinellas Counties administered by HSMV; prohibits issuance of license plates or revalidation stickers when fines are outstanding for violations detected by detectors; provides for annual report on use of detectors by counties & municipalities in pilot project, etc. Amends 316.003,.0745, 320.03.
