GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Laurent

Alternative Water Supplies; provides for funding of projects under Florida Forever Program & Florida Preservation 2000 Program; authorizes development of interim measures or best-management practices for specified water bodies or segments for which total maximum daily loads or allocations have not yet been established; provides requirements for exemptions for maintenance dredging; revises provisions re annual audits, etc. Amends Chs. 373, 378, 403, 215.981.
