GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Peaden ; Constantine

Growth Management; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1906,550) requires that membership of all local planning agencies or equivalent agencies that review comprehensive plan amendments & rezonings include nonvoting representative of district school board; requires local governments to consider water-supply data & analysis in certain elements; requires reuse of reclaimed water when feasible; authorizes Tourism Office to designate enterprise zone in Brevard Co., etc. Amends FS.
