GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Crist
Sentencing/Releasee Reoffender; requires that court sentence a prison releasee reoffender under provisions requiring enhanced penalties; authorizes court to impose sentence greater than that otherwise provided by law using scoresheet of sentencing guidelines or punishment code. Amends 775.082.
