Entertainment Industry/Expenditures; creates entertainment industry financial incentive program under which certain producers of motion pictures, television programs & commercials & certain digital effects companies shall be reimbursed for expenditures made in this state; prescribes limits on reimbursement; provides duties of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office & Film & Entertainment Office; provides for rules; provides penalties, etc. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
