GENERAL BILL by Klein
Certificates of Need; revises conditions under which existing health care facilities may initiate or intervene in administrative hearing to challenge issuance or denial of certificate of need; provides requirements for such facilities; requires such facilities to pay specified costs under certain circumstances. Amends 408.039.
