RESOLUTION by Jones

United States Southern Command; urges Federal Government to ensure that requirements to permanently situate Southcom in Miami through purchase or long-term lease of headquarters & land are fully funded in fiscal year 2003 federal defense budget, or as soon as possible thereafter.
