GENERAL BILL by Crist

Parole Commission; requires that Parole Commission require person who applies for executive clemency to pay fee if commission conducts hearing on application for clemency; requires that parolee whose parole is revoked by commission pay costs of investigating & prosecuting violations of terms & conditions of parole which resulted in revocation. Amends 940.03, 947.23.
