Learning Gateway Program; authorizes demonstration program to be called Learning Gateway; creates steering committee; provides for membership & appointment of committee members; establishes duties of committee; authorizes demonstration projects in specified counties; authorizes designated agencies to share confidential information with such program; provides access to student records by such program & steering committee; provides for funding. Amends 228.093.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
