GENERAL BILL by Pruitt

Public Records/Learning Gateway; provides exemption from public records law for individual records of children enrolled in Learning Gateway programs; provides for release of such records for specified purposes; exempts from public records law those records held by said program which would be confidential if held by state agency; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity.
