GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Centralized Prescription Filling; defines term "centralized prescription filling"; authorizes centralized prescription filling by one pharmacy for another pharmacy & provides requirements therefor; requires maintenance of policy & procedures manual, subject to inspection by Board of Pharmacy or its agent upon request, & provides requirements therefor; requires board to adopt rules to implement section. Amends 465.003; creates 465.0265.
