GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Dissolution of Marriage; provides additional charge when party petitions for dissolution of marriage; provides for disposition of charge for payment of policy of insurance to provide child-support payments when payor's employment has been involuntarily terminated; provides for selection of insurer by competitive bidding. Amends 28.101.
