Military/Dependent Education Benefit; provides educational opportunity at state expense for dependent children of military personnel who died or suffered service-connected 100-percent total & permanent disability in Operation Enduring Freedom; specifies documentation which constitutes proof of eligibility for such benefits; revises eligibility age for dependent children of certain military personnel to receive educational benefits. Creates 295.0185; amends 295.02.
