GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith

Public Records/Emergency-Management; provides exemption from public-records requirements for those portions of comprehensive emergency-management plan which addresses response of public or private hospital to act of terrorism; provides exemption from public-meeting requirements for any portion of public meeting which would reveal information contained in said plan; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Creates 395.1056.
