Public Records/Pharmaceutical; provides that information concerning amount or type of pharmaceutical materials or location of pharmaceutical depositories maintained or directed by state agency in response to act of terrorism are exempt from public-records requirements; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity.
