GENERAL BILL by Needelman

Solid Waste Collection; clarifies provisions re treatment of existing solid waste contracts in areas affected by merger or incorporation of municipalities; exempts solid-waste or recovered-materials collection vehicles from prohibition against leaving engine running when vehicle is unattended. Amends 165.061, 316.1975.
