Commercial Real Estate/Liens; creates "Broker's & Appraiser's Lien on Commercial Real Estate Act"; specifies conditions under which broker is entitled to lien on commercial real estate & requires disclosure of such right in commission agreement; provides for priority of liens; provides for change in use of real estate; provides for suit to foreclose lien; provides statute of limitations on suits to foreclose lien, etc. Creates Ch. 714; amends 475.42.
