Insurance Policy Holder Protection; cites as "Insurance Policyholder Protection Act of 2002"; revises certain agent commission payment & policy servicing procedures & requirements; adds area eligible for coverage by Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Assoc.; preserves policyholder's right to select & maintain certain agents; authorizes DOI to adopt rules to preserve such right; provides application. Amends 627.351,.3511; creates 627.3517.
