GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Peaden

Substance-abuse Services; redefines term "licensed service provider"; requires that licensure standards apply to certain housing locations; requires that owners, directors, & chief financial officers of substance-abuse service provider undergo background check pursuant to specific provisions; requires level-2 background screening for employees who work with children & with adults who are developmentally disabled, etc. Amends 397.311,.405,.407,.416,.451, 212.055, 440.102.
