GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Natural Resources ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Saunders ; Constantine ; Pruitt

Everglades Restoration; provides for distribution of proceeds from excise taxes on documents for payment of debt service on Everglades restoration bonds; authorizes issuance of said bonds to finance or refinance cost of acquisition & improvement of land, water areas, & related property interests & resources for purpose of implementing Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan; provides legislative intent that issuance of bonds is in best interest of state, etc. Amends FS.
