GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Finance and Taxation ; Natural Resources ; Natural Resources ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Pruitt

Solid Waste Management; transfers sales tax proceeds to Ecosystem Management & Restoration TF instead of Solid Waste Management TF; eliminates requirement that state solid waste management program be updated every 3 years; revises requirements for counties' recycling program; provides for competitive & innovative solid waste mgmt. grant program; eliminates authority of DEP to establish procedures for administering waste-tire grants, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 212.20.
