National Sales Tax Holiday; provides definition; provides for exemptions from tax on sales, use, & other transactions imposed under specified provision in accordance with federal legislation which provides for reimbursement to states for loss of revenue from exemptions for sales that take place during specified period; provides duties of Governor & executive director of DOR; provides for emergency rules; provides for expiration.
