Community Mental Health Services; requires that CFS Dept. use certain funds to expand provision of crisis services & community mental health services; requires dept. in collaboration with AHCA to develop estimates of need for mental health services; requires estimates to be submitted annually to Governor, Senate President, & Speaker of House of Representatives; requires that new funds for crisis services or community mental health services be appropriated in lump-sum category, etc.
