GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Bean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Paul ; Sobel ; Fiorentino

Substance Abuse & Mental Health; requires district administrators of CFS Dept. to accept community input in implementation of plans to ensure provision of certain treatment to certain patients; requires publicly announced meetings for input from assisted living facilities that hold limited mental health licenses; authorizes CFS Dept. to use case rates or per capita contracts in contracting for provision of services for local sub. abuse & mental health programs, etc. Amends Ch. 394.
