JOINT RESOLUTION by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Carassas

Tax Exemption & Exclusions; constitutional amendment to create joint legislative committee to conduct review of exemptions from tax on sales, use, & other transactions imposed by law & exclusions of sales of services from such taxation; requires committee decisions to deauthorize any exemption or exclusion which are approved by majority of committee membership to be presented to Legislature as resolution, not subject to gubernatorial veto, etc. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
