GENERAL BILL by Melvin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrington
Vessel Warranty Enforcement Act; creates "Vessel Warranty Enforcement Act," also known as "Vessel Lemon Law"; provides for duty of manufacturer to conform vessel to warranty; provides for bad faith claims; creates Florida New Vessel Arbitration Board; provides that certain violations are unfair or deceptive trade practices; provides for vessel dealer liability; provides for resale of returned vessels, etc. Creates 327.901-.919.
