GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Peaden

Public Records/Pesticides/Aerial; provides exemption from public records requirements for restricted-use license number of any person engaged in aerial application of pesticides, fertilizers, or seed, held by Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept., & for any flight plan filed with department by person engaged in aerial application of pesticides, fertilizers, or seed, until 24 hours after flight is completed; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 119.07.
