GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Health Care; provides legislative findings & intent re health flex plans; provides for pilot program for said plans for certain uninsured persons; revises grounds for disciplinary action to be imposed on certain health care practitioners re notice to patients concerning availability & access to medical records; revises definitions of "advanced life support" & "basic life support" & defines "emergency medical condition", etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
