Health Regulation; updates reference to provide name of regulatory board under Medical Quality Assurance Div.; eliminates Health Dept.'s authority to enter into contract with AHCA for consumer complaint services, investigations, & prosecutorial services; requires submission of credentials for initial physician licensure verification service; amends declaration of legislative intent re certain anatomical gifts, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
