GENERAL BILL by Brummer ; Johnson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Transportation; allows toll revenues of certain facilities to be used as security for bonds issued to finance transportation projects in county or counties in which revenue-producing facility is located; prohibits Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority from serving as community transportation coordinator; repeals s. 1, SB 100, 2002 Regular Session, re authority acting as community transportation coordinator, etc. Amends 338.165, 339.12, 343.64.
