Minor/Videotaped Statement/Pub. Rec.; amends specified provision re public records exemption for any information in videotaped statement of minor who is alleged to be or who is victim of sexual battery, lewd acts, or other sexual misconduct which reveals minor's identity; makes editorial changes; adds clarifying language; removes October 2, 2003, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 119.07.
