CS/HB 1123: Contaminated Site Rehabilitation

GENERAL BILL by Clarke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Antone ; Davis ; Kendrick ; Spratt

Contaminated Site Rehabilitation; extends application of risk-based corrective action principles to all contaminated sites resulting from discharge of pollutants or hazardous substances; provides for contamination cleanup criteria that incorporate risk-based corrective action principles to be adopted by rule; clarifies who may apply for tax credits & time period for use of tax credits, etc. Amends Ch. 376, 199.1055, 220.1845, 403.087,.722.
