Taxation; abrogates repeal of laws re tourist development tax & Florida Taxpayer's Bill of Rights notwithstanding repeal scheduled under specified provision; expands threshold for counties eligible for optional uses of tax proceeds. Revives & reenacts 125.0104(7); revives & readopts 192.0105.
