GENERAL BILL by Mayfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Zapata
Certificates of Need; eliminates requirement that existing health care facility must be in same district to initiate or intervene in administrative hearing re issuance of said certificate; requires health care facilities that challenge issuance of said certificate to post bond or establish escrow acct.; provides for award & recovery of certain costs & revenue losses by successful cert. applicants from facilities that challenge issuance of said cert., etc. Amends 408.039.
