SB 1388: Firearms/Pawnbroker

GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

Firearms/Pawnbroker; provides that exemption from public records requirements for specified records pertaining to buyer or transferee of firearm & duty of FDLE re maintaining such records do not apply to pawnbroker transaction forms that record transaction involving firearm. Amends 790.065.
