GENERAL BILL by Antone

Workers' Compensation; removes provisions authorizing certain officers of corporation to elect to be exempt from specified provisions; deletes exception provided for professional athletes; provides procedure under which officer of corporation or partner to partnership may elect to be exempt from specified provisions; provides certain exceptions; provides for exclusive liability of carrier or self-insured employer, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 627.
