GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano

Developmental Disabilities; adds genetic disease familial dysautonomia to list of disabilities defined & covered under specified provision; amends provisions re testimony of victims & witnesses, home health agencies, community residential homes, & victims & witnesses who are minors or persons with mental retardation to conform cross-references to changes made by act. Amends 393.063, 92.53, 400.464, 419.001, 914.16,.17, 918.16.
