GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Wise

Government Employment; authorizes DMS to contract with vendor to provide personnel information system; revises provisions re employee recognition; revises payment schedules for adoption benefits for state employees; deletes requirement that DMS consult with Executive Office of Governor & Legislature re compensation & classification program; provides that agencies shall ensure that candidates for employment are properly licensed, etc. Amends FS.
