HB 163: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Mack

Workers' Compensation; revises requirements re submitting notice of election of exemption & maintenance of records; requires that certain compensable injuries be established by medical evidence; requires subcontractors to provide evidence of workers' compensation coverage or proof of exemption to contractor; requires AHCA to ensure establishment of practice parameters for physician medical services, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
