Property Tax Administration; requires notification to purchasers of property subject to assessment limitation about ad valorem taxes; authorizes Revenue Dept. to amend manual of instructions for property appraisers; provides that department's appraiser, or his or her representative, has right of entry & access for purposes of making inspections; requires reasonable notification & presentation of credentials, etc. Amends 193.155, 194.034, Ch. 195.
