Financial Services Dept./Pub. Rec.; expands exemption from public records requirements for social security numbers & financial account numbers contained in reports of unclaimed property held by dept. to include dollar amounts of unclaimed property accounts & number of reported shares of stock contained in such reports; creates exemption from public records requirements for personal photographic ID held by dept. pursuant to certain provisions, etc. Amends Ch. 717.
